OINP conducted its Second Tech Draw on August 1, 2019 and invited 1,773 Express Entry candidates with eligible work experience to apply for a provincial nomination for Canadian permanent residence. It is their second draw within a month. Previously they invited 1,623 express entry candidates on July 12, 2019.
Those invited in the draw had Express Entry Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores ranging from 435 to 458 and created their Express Entry profiles between August 1, 2018 to August 1, 2019.
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) announced in July that it would begin holding Tech Draws to meet the growing labour needs of the province’s tech sector.

How to apply to OINP
First step to apply OINP is to create a express entry profile. While creating express entry profile choose Ontario as one of the destination province. If OINP found your profile suitable, they will issue a NOI in your profile.
