Nova Scotia Labour Market Priorities Stream
Under Nova Scotia, Labour Market Priorities Stream candidates from federal Express Entry who meet the labour market needs of Nova Scotia province are invited to apply for nomination. NOC of the candidates to be invited is decided as per the job market requirements. Candidates are required to have a valid Express Entry profile to get innovation in this stream. Labour Market Priorities for Physicians Stream
Under Nova Scotia, Labour Market Priorities for Physicians Stream candidates who have an approved offer from Nova Scotia Health Authority or the IWK Health Centre who receive a Letter of Interest from the Nova Scotia Office of Immigration may apply. Candidates with NOC, General practitioners and family physicians (NOC 3112) and Specialist physicians (NOC 3111) respectively are eligible to apply for this stream. This stream is also aligned with federal Express Entry stream. Candidate needs to sign an agreement with the Nova Scotia Department of Health and Wellness to commit to living and work in Nova Scotia for a minimum period of two years Therefore Candidates must have an active Express Entry profile to apply for this stream.

Under the Physician Stream, the Nova Scotia Immigration program invites general practitioners and family physicians (NOC 3112) and specialist physicians (NOC 3111) to work and live in Nova scotia province to meet the demand to the labour market. This stream is not aligned with the federal express entry stream. To be eligible general practitioners and family physicians (NOC 3112) and specialist physicians (NOC 3111) need to get a signed approved letter from the Nova Scotia Health Authority or the IWK Health Centre.

Under Entrepreneur Stream of Nova Scotia PNP, candidates who have experience of owing business or have worked as a senior business manager and interested to live Nova scotia province are invited to apply. Candidates need to start a new business or buy an existing business and operated the business for at least 1 year. Candidates can be nominated after operating the business for 1 year. To be eligible, for this stream of Nova Scotia Immigration, candidates must have 3 years of experience in managing and owing to the business or have 5 years of experience in a senior management role as a senior business manager.

Category A: Under these subcategories, candidates must have a full-time job offer that is at least 1-year long from a Nova Scotia employer and score 67 points on six selection factors. This stream remains open throughout the year.
Category B: Under this stream Candidates from the specific occupation list are invited to apply. This stream opens and closed throughout the year, Candidates who have their occupation listed in-demand list can apply to this stream of Nova Scotia Provincial Nominee Program.
