Canada issued 4200 invitations to apply in its latest, all program draw on 16 September 2020. After a long time consecutive draws are conducted for all programs.
A total of 4200 invitation to apply is issued in the latest Express Entry draw. This is the second biggest draw under express entry as the largest draw was conducted in Feb 2020 with 4500 invitations to apply.

Last time 2 consecutive draws for all programs were conducted in Feb-Mar 2020. Later due to Covid-19 pandemic restrictions, IRCC only focused on PNP and CEC draws for nearly 4 months. Although all program draw was resumed in early July 2020 but only 1 draw for each month was conducted in July and August.

As usual, a Tie-breaker rule is used for this draw, a Candidates who made their profile before March 09, 2020, at 13:03:40 UTC are invited to apply.
