Nova Scotia officials invited Automotive sector workers in its latest draw on 24 September 2020 under Nova Scotia Provincial Nominee Program. This is the NOC specific draw where workers from a special category of motor vehicle body repairers (NOC 7322) or automotive service technicians, truck and bus mechanics, and mechanical repairers (NOC 7321) are invited to apply.
The number of candidates invited and the CRS score is not disclosed. The candidates invited must have an active Express Entry profile.

Automotive workers invited in this Nova Scotia PNP draw, need to prove that they have at least 2 years of full-time or equivalent part-time work experience in the NOC 7322 or NOC 7321 within the last five years. Candidates are required to submit a reference letter for their work experience.
This is the first draw since May 2020, where Nova Scotia PNP invited work experience as a registered nurse or registered psychiatric nurse, under NOC 3012.
Selected candidates need to demonstrate a minimum CLB ( Canadian Language Benchmark ) score of 5 in each module of the English language test from a body approved by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada.

Selected candidates should have completed a program of two or more years at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institutes. Candidates are required provide an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report for their education qualification attained. The ECA report must be issued by a designated organization by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada.
Selected candidates have to apply before the deadline of 24th October 2020 and they must include copies for their ECA and English language test.
Nova Scotia PNP conducts NOC-specific draws form time to time and invites candidates according to the job market priority. Candidates who get a successful nomination are awarded 600 CRS points in the Express Entry profile, which guarantees them an ITA is a subsequent draw.
