You have very good chances. You need to get CLB 9 (LWRS-8777) in IELTS to secure a direct ITA.

Hi Immigration guide!

I am about to start the process for the express entry in Canada. I have already done an evaluation and I am eligible.

Can you recommend us an organisation, lawyers agency or immigration agents, able to help us through all the immigration process please?

Any helpful recommandations are more than welcome :)

cheers ☺️

I am Candian PR aspirant from Nepal. I am 28 years of age and I am unmarried.
I graduated in Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2017. Since then I have been working as a full time certified professional mechanical engineer.

I have three years of professional experience.
My ielts academic score is (L-7.5, R-5.5, W-6.0,S-6.0)

Kindly let me know about my eligibility for PR and the areas that I need to improve on to get PR.

Current Scenario: With IELTS score of 5.5 in Reading you are not qualified for express entry as minimum requirement is 6 band in each module. However, If you manage to get 6 in reading even then with the score of (LWRS- 7.5,6,6,6) your CRS will be 342, which is not enough to get direct ITA and your NOC (2132) not in demand in any province currently, so there is no hope with PNP as well.

But there is a scope to increase your CRS score. Firstly upgrade your education, enroll for 1 year part time PGD course from IGNOU ( accepted by WES as second degree) and improve your english in between. As you already scored 6 band in speaking and writing, you are not far away from getting 7 band.

With 2 degree and IELTS score of CLB 9 (LWRS-8777), your CRS score will be 462 which will provide you a realistic chance to immigrate to Canada.

Hi,
You have quite good credentials. But IELTS academic scores are not acceptable if you want to get Canada PR visa. Thus, you are advised to attempt for IELTS general training exam and score at least 6 bands in each module of reading, writing, listening and speaking. However, scoring more bands will give you higher immigration points.
In order to apply for PR visa, there are various immigration pathways though Express entry system is the most suitable one. To be eligible under this system, a minimum 67 points or above are required to score that will be assigned on the basis of five selection factors such as your age, educational credentials, work experience, language ability and on adaptability factors.
As you are 28 years old, you will be given higher 12 points and for three years work experience, you will get 11 immigration points.
All the Best!
